Used it for years (previous versions) and like LaTeX it has evolved to please but not changed to annoy. Found it useful for many tasks and I am sure to be only an amateur user.

Not only this is the best LaTeX editor for windows, it is also a great IDE for working with other scripting languages like R,C, HTML, etc..
Winedt is probably the main reason why I did not switch to Linux in my personal PCs and laptop.

I use WinEdt every day for building my PhD thesis (serious stuff). Great editor and perfect integration with MiKTeX and/or TeXLive. It's just fantastic. Oh, and the development team is fabulous as well! I can't thank them enough and have happily donated extra payments beyond my student purchase price.
